What if i received my order damaged?

Once you receive your order then you found out that it is damaged so please send us a picture for the damaged product on info@mobecart.com and we will give you a call within 24 hours maximum to solve the situation.

What is the return policy?

We do return damaged orders or if you received a product which is not the same as what you ordered.

If the above is your case please send us an email on info@mobecart.com with a picture of the product and we will give you a call within 24 hours to proceed with the returning process which will take maximum 3 to 7 working days to receive the replacement or refund.
